Bendigo High: Tara Hubber Memorial Award 2024
The Tara Hubber Memorial Award was presented to Emma Orme.
Tara Hubber was a Year 11 student at the College for a short time at the start of 1996. She was a very active and popular student who was successful at both school and her chosen sports of horse riding and rowing. After her sudden death, college staff initiated the Tara Hubber Sports Scholarship Fund for a female student who has achieved significantly at an individual level in her chosen sport.
